I like to prepare my own stuffing with enough vegetables and seasoning.

My recipe is not so complicated.


  • 2 medium-sized tomatoes
  • Spinach
  • Green pepper
  • Basil
  • Thyme
  • Salt
  • Black pepper
  • Cheese (optional)
  • Olive oil


  • Prepare the filling.
  • Fill a piping bag with tomatoes, spinach, green pepper, basil (all chopped), thyme, and seasoning.
  • Add some cheese if you’re into it, mix it all together nice and well, and set aside.
  • Make a small incision or “pocket” at the top of the chicken breast.
  • Try to not cut through the sides so the filling stays inside the chicken.
  • Using your hand or a sharp knife, make sure the hole is about two-thirds deep.
  • Once you’ve made the hole deep enough, grab your piping bag and squeeze the filling in.
  • Put some oil in a pan to heat up a little.
  • Place the stuffed chicken breast on the pan.
  • Fry till it’s golden brown, then flip it to the other side.
  • Overall, the entire process takes about 30 minutes from start to finish.
